We aim to create a fun and enjoyable school photography experience. Our photos authentically capture the true character of children without forced smiles. The kind of school photographs that families proudly display on their walls. With simple, easy positioning and a few tricks up our sleeve, we will capture genuine expressions.
For both individual and sibling photographs, each session usually takes around a minute, however, we are always willing to accommodate any child who may need extra time to settle.
Our professional lighting setup creates a soft and flattering look, while our state-of-the-art cameras ensure beautifully sharp images.

FLEXIBILTY
Class Groups
Our class group photos offer flexibility, allowing for either an outdoor setting for a traditional group shot or an indoor session in our portable studio. In the latter case, we capture each class group by organising them into smaller clusters of 2, 3 4, or 5 pupils. These smaller groups are then seamlessly combined in post-production to craft a modern and cohesive class group photograph.
ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM
Easy Ordering
Proof cards are delivered to the school within 2-3 days following the photo shoot. They are organised by class, ensuring convenient distribution.
Our diverse product selection provides parents with plenty choice. They can easily customise their packs and mix images within our multi-image packs and download options. This offers a cost-effective solution for families with more than one child attending the school.
Parents have 10 days to place orders online for free delivery back to the school. For those looking for a quicker return or who missed the free delivery deadline, home delivery is an option with a small postage fee. Digital downloads are sent instantly to their preferred email address.
SMOOTH OPERATION
Shoot Day
While we have a preferred schedule for the day, we recognise that plans may not always unfold as intended. We are highly flexible and capable of making adjustments to accommodate any unexpected changes or preferences, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for everyone involved.
Arrival Time
Our photographer will arrive 45 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. This allows ample time for setup and addressing any queries the school may have.
Space Requirements
Ideally, we require approximately 5x6m of clear space in your school hall. If your hall dimensions differ, kindly contact us to explore suitable alternatives.
Sibling Photographs
We recommend taking all siblings photographs first.
Individual Photographs
Once all the sibling photographs are taken, every class is taken along for their individual photographs. Typically, for a class with 30 pupils, we require 30 minutes. Additional time may be necessary for nursery groups.
Class Group Photographs
Traditional class photographs typically take around 20-minutes, with composite group photographs taking roughly 30 minutes.
POST PRODUCTION
What happens next?
Proof Cards & Photo Availability
The school receive proof cards within 3 working days after our visit. They will be returned in class groups for easy distribution. This allows for parents to promptly view and place their order in plenty time for free delivery back to the school.
Photo Purchase Process for Parents
Embracing a cashless approach, all purchases can be completed through our website using unique security codes found on proof cards. This not only simplifies the process for parents but also minimises administrative efforts for the school.
Cost of Photos
Our diverse range of prints, frames, downloads, and gifts begin at an accessible £8.00, offering both quality and affordability.
Photo Delivery Options
Parents enjoy the flexibility of choosing between free delivery to the school or home/work delivery, the latter incurring a nominal postage cost. Digital downloads are emailed instantly after the order has been placed.
Free Delivery Window
The free delivery window extends for 2 weeks, though adjustments can be made if photo day coincides closely with the end of term.
Photographs for School Database
A photograph of every child is available to download from a secure gallery for your school database.
